I've been tinkering with this recipe for years and finally nailed it down to exactly how I want it to taste. We've made our own gluten-free, dairy-free chex mix in the past and I've stolen that seasoning recipe and applied it to pumpkin seeds! Wonderful seeds often end up in the trash or the compost, but if your family tastes these, they'll remember year after year what a treat they are and look forward to them! My husband asks for them, as well as the kids! We often eat seeds from other squashes such as butternut and acorn, too.
