Enough ascorbic acid (vitamin C) powder to equal a 500mg serving (in the brand we bought, it is 1/2 of a tinsy scoop that was included, so our container will last us a very long time)
Mix together with
1/4 cup grape juice or other 100% juice
You'll have to stir a good while, so putting it in a clear glass helps. Then you can check the bottom to see if there are granules still there.
We discovered after taking this photo that we really like the black cherry + concord grape juice to make our Vitamin C juice with.

If a person takes too much vitamin C at a time, it can cause gastrointestinal upset and possibly diarrhea, but the average person will not likely take that much in one day, it would take a large amount for most people.
