- doubled the cinnamon (still very mild- perfect IMO)
- omitted dried fruit (we try to stay lower sugar around here so the maple syrup is plenty sweet for us)
- added about 1/8 cup mixed flax, hemp, and chia seeds (along with 1 cup chopped raw almonds)

Let it cool completely & I've read it will keep for a couple of weeks in an airtight container, but how would we ever test that theory?
