I always forget to defrost meat in advance, so meals like this, where I can defrost-as-I-cook in a skillet are awesome! 2 lbs. hambuger 1 large onion, diced 5 stalks celery, sliced/diced 2 T. gluten free Worcestershire Sauce (or GF Soy Sauce)* 2 tsp. salt 2/3-1 cup ketchup (depending on the consistency you want, sloppy or sloppier!) |
*At the time of this post, La Choy soy sauce is Gluten Free, and Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce is also Gluten free. Both are sold in our local Walmart. Always read labels, though, as ingredients are subject to change!
