I have a brief rant- why don't they put elastic at the bottom of snow pants/snow bibs anymore? Not the scrunchy elastic around the cuff of the thin inner liner, but the strap of elastic that hooks under the bottom of a child's foot and then keeps the snow pants from riding up and letting snow in the top of their boot? Here's what I mean:
Now that I ranted- how about a tip/reminder? It could be a tip if you haven't already thought of it, but if you live somewhere that gets snow most every year and you are sometimes lazy about getting your kids dressed like I can be on "off" days, you probably already figured it out. {footsie pajamas} Yes. Send your kids out to play with their pjs on under their snow gear. The fleece is warm, and the one-piece means they won't lose their socks in their boots and if snow does sneak in because their snow pants ride up, it won't come into direct contact with their skin. I had to remind myself of this, and thought I'd share.
