Quick & easy treat and the popcorn stretches out the expense of GF pretzels.
equal amounts of vegan GF chocolate chips (we use Ghiradelli semisweet in the gold package) and coconut oil melted & mixed together
Add a splash of mint (or raspberry?) extract or stir in a bit of peanut butter and top with a peanut (to keep track of your different flavors!)
Spoon into mini muffin papers (or just pour onto wax paper & break up later), chill until set & enjoy!
Melt together 1/2 cup of GF dairy free chocolate chips (I used Guittard semisweet this time) and 1 T. of coconut oil. Mix well and use to coat strawberries that have been washed & dried. To help keep the chocolate from running off, it helps to do this while the strawberries are still cold from being in the fridge. Set coated berries in fridge to chill & enjoy!
