| To quote my contact at Grace Hill Media: "The movie is an expansion of the one-hour series originally aired on Hallmark Channel and features Williamson’s signature style – wholesome, thought-provoking entertainment spotlighting stories about making the world a kinder and better place. Oliver O'Toole, who leads a team of “postal detectives” charged with ensuring “dead letters” find their way to their addresses, is a man of faith whose wife has left him to pursue her dreams in Paris. In this inspirational story, his wife returns to explore the fate of their marriage on the same day Oliver’s team must deliver divorce papers to another couple grappling with the true meaning of love and the sanctity of marriage. Primetime television veteran Poppy Montgomery ("Without a Trace") guest-stars alongside returning stars Eric Mabius (“Ugly Betty”), Kristin Booth (“The Kennedys”), Crystal Lowe (“Smallville”) and Geoff Gustafson (“The Interview”)." |
Williamson was the writer and producer of the "Touched by an Angel" tv series that ran from 1994 through 2003 on CBS, her new film (the first of a series) "Signed, Sealed, Delivered: From Paris with Love" premieres Saturday, June 6, on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. I will have the opportunity to view the film in advance and I'll be writing up a review, so be sure to check back!
