Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a cookie sheet with low edges with aluminum foil for easier clean up. Place wire racks over top of foil and break frozen sausage links apart and place them on racks so they are not touching. I was able to successfully bake 2 packages at a time (24 links) while making pancakes on the stove for my family.
Bake 25-35 minutes until they are browning on the outside AND the least done looking one tests at an internal temperature of at least 170°F. I have a convection oven, but you could bake these in a standard oven just fine. If your oven does not heat evenly and you notice the rear, left corner of the pan seems to be browning faster than the rest, simply turn the pan part way through cooking. Since the sausages are elevated off the metal cookie sheet surface allowing airflow around them, you should not have to turn the individual links during cooking.
