Mix together:
1 1/2 cups of Bob's Red Mill GF All Purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.baking soda
Then stir in:
2 T. flaxseed meal in 6T. water
1/4 c. applesauce
1/4 cup honey or agave
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
7/8 cup almond milk
There's your pancake batter! These had the exact same consistency as when I've made gluten/dairy/egg free pancakes using oil.
