I have NEVER bothered to make a single batch (always double, and they just BARELY fit onto our largest baking sheet!). Even if it's just myself and the kiddos at home. They'll be gone, no leftovers.
I use this recipe by Purple Foodie for Garlicy Baked Fries, only to make it suitable to our tastes, including our toddler, we omit the cayenne and reduce the ground black pepper to 1/2 tsp. Aside from that, follow those directions and welcome to an amazing flavor you wouldn't expect to come from a potato and you wouldn't believe you could make at home with such simple ingredients.
