"rib" means to repeat k1, p1 for all sts in the row

Cast on 24 stitches
Rows 1-6: rib
Row 7: knit all sts
Row 8: purl all sts
Rows 9-14: rib
Row 15: k5, cast off 2, k next 10 sts, cast off 2, k4
Row 16: p4, cast on 8, p11, cast on 8, p5
Rows 17-22: rib
Bind off in rib stitch. Sew seam in back and weave in tails. No velcro/snaps necessary as it will stretch over Barbie.
